Mix and match treatments across the group, so everyone can choose something different or the whole party can enjoy the same treatment. Confirm your treatment choices when you book and we will help organise the running order for your group.
Three steps, then robes on.
Send us the details
Date, address, guest numbers and the treatments you like. We check therapist availability for your date and confirm within two business days.
Pay the deposit
We issue an invoice and a 30% deposit secures your therapist. The balance is due 14 days before the event, and you can adjust guest numbers up until then.
We set up and go
Your therapist arrives 15 minutes early with the table, linen, products and music. You provide the space and the champagne.

01 Booking Conditions
- Minimum booking time is 2 hours.
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your booking.
- Travel or call-out fees may apply depending on your location.
- Paid parking costs are additional where required.
02 Surcharges & Changes
A 20% surcharge applies to:
- Bookings before 8:30am
- Bookings after 6:00pm
- Sundays
- Public holidays

- Full venue or accommodation address
- Number of guests participating
- Preferred treatments and 20 or 30-minute duration

- Relevant allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy considerations, injuries or medical conditions
04 On The Day
- Provide adequate room for the treatment setup
- Ensure power access is available if required
- Provide a clean, well-lit and comfortably ventilated area
- Send through parking and access details before the event

06 Health & Safety
All treatments are non-medical and performed using appropriate hygiene and sanitation practices.
Please let us know in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy considerations, injuries or relevant medical conditions.
Guests with contagious conditions may not be able to receive certain treatments.
07 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
